Need some clarification on Wheel/tires

Hi guys, I bought myself a 335i few months ago, and I just got new coils, and Just got a fresh set of tires for the summer

The setup is 225/40/19 255/35/19, Pilot Sport 4s

I was now looking to get new wheels, and being new to all this, I was confused but now have done some research, just one thing

How would be I 100% sure the wheel is right for my tires spec, I was looking into works, and found a few, but I'm not sure if they would fit right for my tires

what are the widths and offset of the work wheels you're looking at?

If you going to keep the oem spec tire size
Front 225/40/19
Rear 255/35/19

Then I suggest an 8.5" front and 9.5" rear. Those tire size would fit tiny bit small. I suggest this so you can run wider tires in the future if you chose to.

Would the smarter choice be to just get a better spec of tires with my wheels?

I had only bought the OEM Spec because my tires were gone at the time and needed to drive asap, I've had a lot of people tell me to get bigger tires if I'm trying to push more hp as well, just wanted to avoid dropping the 1500 CAD Again haha

Right... like you I would reuse the tire you already have now. Really it's not bad. It fits just look around the forum you will see example.

You can run tires

225 and 255 (what you have now)
235 and 265 (245 front if your not xdrive)
245 and 275 (255 front if your not xdrive)

This will fit the where I listed.
