Istad delete fault code okay?

Cel light went on Coz Catless downpipe. Got Enzotuned but the light showed up after 100miles lol. So I connected to istad and it showed the fault memory and I deleted them so now I'm cel light free. Is this okay? Lol

Normally, ISTA+ will go through a set of diagnostics to make sure nothing wrong before you clear.

I have seen faults detected simply after power cycling welcome light (interior/ footwell and exterior) quickly in short period by locking and unlocking.
