Sequential LCI Tail Lights

Anyone know the codes used to make the blinker a bit sequential like in the video?

I'm sure you'd be able to code in a delay. I've seen "priority" parameters under both FEM and REM. For example with the eyebrows coded as turn signals, there seems to be a delay if you have LED turn signal/side marker bulbs installed. I just never bothered to fiddle around with the priorities though.

are you sure they're sequential? it looks like a frame rate delay to me that makes it look like the blinkers are in a relay
