F30 335i w/ VSS - More Steering Resistance On Right Turns?

I've had my car a few months now, equipped with DHP which includes Variable Sport Steering. I had the car aligned by the dealer roughly 350 miles ago and everything is spot on. With that said, the more I've been driving the car, the more it seems that there is more steering resistance when making right turns. Steering the wheel left seems much lighter. I can't tell if this is in my head or if it's VSS making some sort of adjustment for road slant. Has anyone else with a VSS equipped car noticed this or have any feedback?

My vehicle has VSS and these symptoms do not appear. Since the steering is controlled by an electric motor, it will be very easy for the dealer to check it the resistance generated on either side - left or right - is identical.

Just an update to this thread. I had the dealer check the car this morning and also rode in the car with the tech, while describing what I thought I felt. He said everything felt completely normal and that everything is spot on, including the alignment. Guess it's just one of those things in my head! Helps to have a second opinion from someone who drives many of these cars.

YES i get the same thing. Usually when I'm turning aisle to aisle in my work parking garage, or when I'm turning right into a driveway.

The steering gets real tight and almost hooks me into the turn.

Very interesting and good to hear. Must be a characteristic of VSS then, feeling more normal to some, than others. Then again, it's so minor, I could see how some wouldn't notice it.

Glad to learn that all is well.

Ahhh. It actually sounds like your car is equipped with the Keto Driver Assistance feature. I think they only offered that option in North American models only.
