Error after NBT Hu update

Hi guys.
About a month ago I got my nbt hu updated. Since I've lost connection to remote features on the mybmw app. Connecteddrive has messages menu missing among others. Removed car from mybmw app and cannot reconnect as missing things in connected drive. Any ideas? I have purchased esys and enet since if that's of any help. Thanks

I recently purchased a 2017 F34 340i GT XDrive and my ConnectedDrive screen started shutting off and rebooting about every 6-8 minutes. It auto resets everything, my radio presets, CD's, drops any calls I'm on and now my cell phone is not paired anymore. Any ideas??
