Nav Recall (probably old news)
It's probably old news for all of you, but there is a "nav recall" (SA's words) to update the navigation. My car was built in October.
I apologize if this is old news.

I have a September build and haven't heard of anything. It there somewhere to check to see if your vehicle is part of it?

It may not be listed here. It was odd that the SA called it a recall given that it's a simple & minor update. Best thing to do is to call your service department and ask - it should be covered under your warranty.

Hey guys, I am bringing my car in on Monday just to get this NAV update.
I've had some quirky behavior on iDrive such as being on the wrong screen when I restart the car, slow bootup lag times, etc. I'll report back when she's out of the shop Monday night. |
