Recommend a 17x8.5 and 17x9.5? Will they fit 435i XDrive brakes?

Hey guys,

I've been thinking of swapping my 19s for 17s again; I was wondering though if they...

1. have 8.5 and 9.5 width wheels
2. will clear 435i XDrive brakes (I put them on my 428i XDrive)

Thanks!

if you have msport brakes i dont believe you can downsize to a 17. If not, it will honestly depend on the 17 and what the barrel and spoke design is if it hits the caliper or not. I would recommend test fitting if possible.

I tried to put 17s on my f10 535 and the barrel hit the brake caliper

It's the 4 piston brembo front - single Bosch back

Then OEM 17" wheels designed for F3x Series will fit over the brakes.

Also some aftermarket 17" wheels will clear the brake calipers, but a test fit would be good to be sure.
