BMW Individual colour order - GTA Dealerships

Has anyone had any experience ordering a non-M Car via the BMW Individual program in the GTA? I'm not talking about MPerformance cars that were offered in BMW Individual colours. I'm talking about a custom factory order where you choose your colour (albeit from a pallet of pre-approved non standard colours).

The question is as follows...
Which dealership in the GTA actually has experience with this process?
How much did it cost?
What is the difference in cost between semi-Individual Vs Individual colours?
How long between order date and delivery date?

So far I have read that there are a handful of dealerships in the US that have expertise in this process. I am trying to determine if any dealerships in the GTA would be leaders in this area and if it's even worth my while.

After putting in some time and research it looks like I missed the boat on an Individual colour for a F31 328d. No 2019 diesels for BMW Canada.

I was offered the opportunity to build an F31 330 in Fashion Grey or Austin Yellow which would have been a really cool build but the gasoline derivative didn't interest me. For me, if it's a regular gas engine it needs to be a plug-in hybrid.

If you don't mind a sedan and can wait, the G20 330e looks intriguing - up to 60km range is pretty decent for a plug-in hybrid. Good power out of the combined system as well.
