Manual transmission fluid change

Not sure why I can’t find info on this anywhere - maybe I’m confused.

What all do I need to change the transmission fluid on a manual f30 n55?

Specifically looking for amount of fluid to buy, I know I need a pump, and do I need to change the aluminum plugs on bottom and side?

Looks like you need 2L, and fill up till it overflows, i don't think you necessiraly need to change the plugs but it's a good thing to put new ones, they're not very expensive.
