Just picked up a '16 320i 6mt daily. Love having a simple, manual sedan with a competent chassis... could use some updating for an overall better experience.

The car has base seats, with heat and power/memory. Given that, I expect it should be relatively simple to retrofit sport/msport seats or even something like F80 seats if they're also powered/heated?

Am I correct in assuming any sport/msport/f80 seat with power/heat will work, assuming I swap the module under the seat? Will coding be needed if I use my existing modules?

I understand lumbar/bolsters won't work, what would be needed to get those working?
