2016 F30 328d xdrive items to have checked/repaired under warranty

Question for the 328d / N47 owners. My BMW comprehensive bumper to bumper warranty extension is coming due later this year.

I wanted to bring the car in for one final thorough service / check. The EGR recall and intake manifold replacement was already completed. So far so good, car feels a bit more sluggish. Car is a stock Msport with no modifications.

What are some other items to complain about to the dealer, and look out for in particular? What have you found goes wrong with these cars, or items that require extra attention or replacement. Car currently has about 134,000 KM (83,000 Miles) and will likely have over 150,000 KM + (93,000 miles) later this year.

which engine, sensors, drivetrain, suspension, transmission, exterior, or interior items have you had trouble with? And what were the symptoms?

Thanks in advance.

When I first got mine back from the EGR cooler inspection it was different. There was more clatter and it didn't gather pace it that sneaky way diesels have. A few weeks on and it was back to normal, like some relearning had to take place.

Yes.. My 328d felt sluggish after the EGR cooler replacement and was down on fuel mileage, so I called the service manager and asked if he heard of this after the EGR fix, he said no. But he did offer to perform an adaption of the engine and transmission and a test drive with a mechanic, no charge!!. After the adaption the car had to re-learn and performed much better and now back to normal...
