BMW products are rebranded - Sonax products at one time. Meguiar's has some good stuff, but so do dozens of others.

Save yourself some money and buy some Simoniz Shampoo and Carnauba Wax - excellent stuff at a fraction of the price

Most, if not all, after care products are SONAX rebranded for BMW OEM. If you can find the original product, you can save a few bucks instead of getting the BMW branded one.

The branded wheel cleaner used to be made by P21S many years ago and the Gummi Pfledge was from Nextzett. I can't imagine any automaker making their own line of products.
I wouldn't pay the price for BMW branded anything honestly. I'd go with the pro-grade Meguiars stuff, Sonax, Griots, Poorboys World, McKees 37 etc. You'll pay less for the same, or better quality products. I'd also stay away from a wash-and-wax product. I've used quite a few and the only been impressed by one. I've found many are hard to properly rinse off and sometimes leave the surface cloudy. The protection they offer is negligible at best. I've had some mess up my drying towels too because of the rinsing issue or the wax comes off on the towels when drying. If you want something quick and easy, I'd get a quality car shampoo and then follow up with a quality spray sealant to apply immediately after the wash/dry process.

Totally agree, mothers shampoo after a snow foam then rinse and good sealant spray is excellent for a quick spruce up that will look VERY good indeed, less than an hour start to finish on my 440i
