N55 is 5 years old next month, having first been launched with the MY2010 F07. So, 6 years old when you can buy an LCI F30. Sounds about right to me.

If it's not on the mule by this stage (which, it's not), it's not going to be in production. Only modifications to the F30 LCI externally from a body perspective appear to be the front fascia/bumper. I'd also expect the LED headlight option for the front lights only |

LED package should be $1,000 or less, and we should get LED tails and LED turn signals standard (as it was on the E90 LCI) |

M-sport front fascia bumper tends to not change from pre-LCI to LCI, but the front of the car such as the headlights or grills are subject to slight modifications.
In summation, LCI M-sport F30's will barely look any different compared to pre-LCI ones - only the front is changing and as dicussed, the M-sport bumper basically doesn't change at all. My understanding is the 328->330 and 335->340 will see 30hp bumps, so 240hp->270hp and 300hp->330hp respectively. |

So no LEDs and major exterior changes then? I'm getting an amazing deal on 2014 model now. Really confused if I should wait for the LCI or get the bird in hand.

If I were you I'd wait until more confirmed info is released to make your decision since pre-LCI models should still have some good deals to be had then as well. |

All that's subject to change is the front fascia/grills/headlights ever so slightly, per test mules. Interally, who knows. The engines are being updated, though. I would also expect LED headlight options, but only if Xenon's become standard. |

So in order for it to be an option on the 335, it would have to be also on the 328. In order for LED's to be a lightning package option on all F30's, Xenon's would have to be standard. Unless, they offered two lighting packages, which would be just utter chaos not to mention reduce economies of scale for their manufacturers. |

Even though I knew this would happen eventually, why am I so surprised still and feeling outdated already. There's a bit of a worry and excitement of the new B58 engine.. I hope it's not going to be another N54 to N55 downgrade and more of a "We fixed the N55.. it's called the B58"... Want a beast of a I6, please BMW. Don't fail us! We need a better tunable engine please.. N55 seems to have a low ceiling compared to the N54.

- Better engine reliability - Limit tunability to stop consumers from chipping 335's into M3s Both engines in the new 330 and 340 are rumored to have 30 more HP of output, so they shouldn't be a disappointment. |

335 -> 340, 300HP -> 330HP I agree with your point, with 30 more HP I really can't see myself going for the 335/340. I can already get in trouble with the 328. Of course, I'm sure the 330 will also be more expensive .. |
