Note: it doesn't look smooth because I painted over adhesive tape at this stage, just to try the color and have the option to remove it.

i was only kidding. the only thing that should matter to you is if you like it. modding is modding and its meant to be an individual thing. if you like it go for it! yellow is a little loud for me. maybe try a matte finished yellow instead of gloss.

Well i was asking because i wasn't sure i liked it or if i wasn't used to it. i really think this all black interior could use a bit of color but i agree the yellow may be too strong.

I like yellow- nice match to blue elements of emblem, climatic handles and wheel.

However, I was so tired of bright aluminium elements, popping out in the eyesight area constantly, that bought a complete set of SE silver plastic trim for $40 and painted matte dark grey.

The result I really love- nothing bothers me anymore:

As a bonus- thus is possible to get rid of the airvents frames.

Doors handles are wrapped in black Nappa leather with stitching similar to M3, but a little closer to the edge and without M3 cheapy-soft stuffing:

Not my taste, but alltime better as the boring red. You should maybe add it too onto the silver trim at the shifter boot to set more accents. Maybe the loudspeaker outer frame too? Give it a try.
