After downloading, is all the programming saved in the massive file or is internet connection required to pull information from the server? I’m using enet for the f30 so if internet is required to program, I would just connect to Wi-Fi?

I’m getting error net-0012: NO CONNECTION when I try to connect to car without internet so I was thinking maybe internet connection is required?

I don't think Internet is issue.

Install both the x86 and x64 versions of Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable.

Launch ISTA, got to configuration and set it for EDIABAS.

Open Windows Explorer, find EDIABS.ini file in the ISTA EDIABAS folder, and open it in Notepad, and change the Interface = line based on cable used.

"INTERFACE =ENET" (ENET Cable)

Thanks, I installed both of those and it connected no problem.
