Tire size for 19x8.5 et 35 on f30 xdrive

So i just got my new square wheel setup 19x8.5 et35 and was wondering if i can run 245/40/19 without rubbing issues. Or would 245/35/19 be a better option? This is for front and back as its a square wheel setup. I will be slightly lowering my car with a set of lowering springs so that needs consideration as well. If need be i will run a 235/40/19 or 235/35/19 but id prefer the slightly wider 245 if possible. Thanks for any help

This is 245/40/19 on xdrive stock msport suspension (edc also). 19x8.5 et35 vmr v810 wheels. The ride is super smooth, quiet and I like the beefier look of the bigger rubber. You could prob lower the car without issue as well. I'm leaving it like this but you could....

Looks great but isnt that a pretty tall tire for the F30. Its F10 tire sizes. you are .7" taller than stock

From what I'm told it was about .5 over stock, no adverse effects as of yet! Speedo seems more correct actually, it is a slightly taller tire but the additional rim protection is good for me and I dig the look.

Over the past 17 years of owning bmw's and playing with tons of tires and rims, I've noticed visual differences in same size tires, this set actually rubbed at full lock on the guys 328xdrive that owned these before me. On mine they don't.

When I get new tires I may try 255/35/19 all around or 235/40/19 maybe we'll see.
