Car cover?

I have 2 stray cats im currently taking care of and 1 of them constantly likes to sit on my car any chance it gets. what are the chances of it scratching my car? do i need to get rid of it or will it be ok? it always sits on the roof of my car.

is there a cheap cover i can buy or some house hold item to use or do i need a real f30 cover

I’ve had a local cat sit on the bonnet of my old car and it definitely scratched the paintwork, chased it away and it didn’t do it again thankfully.

Yes, it is likely that it will eventually scratch your paint.
And no - you don't get rid of a cat just like that, dropping it off! It is not its fault really to be penalised and abandoned! Try cat repelling sprays and devices or teaching it (yes, cats can learn!) that it has no business there. You can use water for example to spray him/her everytime you see him/her there.

Call your local animal shelter or rescue group. Often they'll come help get the cats trapped and put into adoption systems. Or they know who can help. Especially if the cats aren't fixed.

Cats keep mice away. Mice are bad. Cat will scratch car. Wal-Mart or Amazon sells cheap car covers, I have been using them for years with no problems !

Please be aware that car covers do scratch the paint if you put it on when the car has dirt on it. As you put it on and take off, the cover will rub the dirt across the paint damaging it, perhaps slightly but it will...
