In 2016 the small-overlap crash rating is terrible. They fixed this in 2017 though. So, between the two, I'd go for the 2018, just for safety alone.

The 2018. Check the Nav systems. The 2018 Nav system is so much better. Check voice commands on both cars. Press the voice command button. Then say “take me to” wherever you want to go. See which one works better. The 18 is much better. The turn signal is even better.

Nav in my 2016 sucks. It weaves me in and out of mall parking lots, takes me on 10+ mile long dirt roads, takes me through residential neighborhoods to get to a business district easily accessible from major arteries. It's horrible. One time it told me to get off the freeway, so I did. I stop at the end of the ramp, at the red light, and then it tells me to get back on the freeway. IT'S FUCKING GARBAGE.

Not everyone wants the 6. I’d go for the 2018 430. But it is an option.
