2015 435 xdrive
Anyone with this model, can you give me your likes and dislikes? Looked at a 2018 430 xdrive but it sounded like a lawnmower. The 435 is nice and throaty sounding. Thanks in advance.

I bought it without realizing it had performance tires on 😂 and well it snowed here for a bit so I drove my Jeep around here and there. Likes; I enjoy the power the I6 produces with the turbo. I like the interior for the most part. I hate the double pull on the door handle to open. And the door unlock button on the middle console 🤯 my Dakota leather feels nice and new and heated steering wheel is great lol. I'm not sure what my suspension package is but I find it way to stiff for city driving as our roads are shite. That's about it for major dislikes. It sounds great as you mentioned and even better in sport+ mode. I get about 400km a tank mostly city driving. Incase that mattered lol. Just done a 55point inspection and I've got told it's in pristine condition so that made me happy too haha. Mineral grey color is not as bad as black but fuck it looks dirty quick. Driving feel in general is great and I appreciate the light steering in comfort mode. Eco mode sucks balls and the ASS feature is annoyance. I want to code few things to my preference and it would be perfect I think. But the suspension is what I dread on city roads. Comfort access is a must. Don't get the drive assist shit imo. Any specific ones u looking at? |

Mine is a 2014 435 two-wheel drive and I love it. It's been trouble-free, but I expect more repairs than my Toyota. I do most of my own repairs and maintenance; I suppose repair costs will just be part of long-term ownership, as long as the engine and transmission stay solid, it should be affordable.
My car has "Sport Line," which isn't M Sport or M. Weird branding... it's a convertible, which I love, and it's got comfort access and the cold weather package, and I love all that. The XM radio receiver is pretty bad; it drops out far, far more than my Toyota does. I love the way the car looks and performs. I love driving to work and taking this car just about anywhere. |

2016 435i xdrive convert, approaching 48k miles. Fingers crossed...it's not had any issues and has been a pleasure to daily drive.
I'd prefer a little more umph. But Sport+ and paddle shifters, it's not bad at all. I'd prefer a 2-seater but...kids and soccer. One thing I'd like to have it tighter steering, which I think was addressed in the 440i to some extent but I haven't been in one. |
