Fitment question

I have a set of Forgestar f14 19x8.5 and 19x10.5 tires 255/35/19 and rears 275-35-19 bolt pattern 5x114.3 and I found someone who wants to trade avante garde wheels that have bolt pattern 5x120 and 19x9 question is I told him can I keep my tires because his rims are beat up he said yeah I want to keep them because they are kinda new so what do you guys recommend. I heard those sizes rub I heard they don't so if I can salvage my tires then I will be fine doing the trade

You can probably use the 255/35 tires in the rear, but the 275/35 will not only most likely rub, but also be too large for a 9" wide wheel. So you'll at least just need to buy 2 new front tires (ie. 235/35, 225/40, etc.)
