Did you custom FSC kit come in the form of a file that goes into a USB stick? If so, there should be a text file with a 20 digit code on it.

Hi my friend, I got my F31 navigation/voice recognition disabled during the update of my head unit in BMW Service (because of an apple carplay not OEM).
In the BMW say they have received an unlock code from support but the HU will possibly dead when activating, and I must change the HU in this case for a new one (from my pocket).
¿Could you tell me what I should do in order to get them activated again?
If the HU die ¿if is possible to do anything via E-Sys or another way?

Hi Steve,

I’ve just got my F10 525d & the previous owner said he’d replaced the ‘computer’ but the Sat Nav was locked to its previous car so is constantly grey & the nav button doesn’t work, do I need an FSC code ?
