you still have to connect the power supply (slot 2) and the negative one (slot 1)

Thanks David. A couple of questions:

1. Does the wire HAVE to go from the engine compartment fuse box? There is definitely 12v power in one of the wires already present in the roof module wiring - couldt’t one of those be spliced?

2. What is causing the FZD module to not appear in esys? The computer can’t “see” the module since, as of now, it isn’t powered?

you can connect to the jack to test side but the problem is that the fuse is 5A while the F62 is 30A.
yes E-sys does not detect the FZD module because it is not powered

Detach the electrical distribution box (1) with the special tool 00 9 325 from the lower part (2) and pull the electrical distribution box (1) upwards.

the 2 wires K_can2_H (location 14) and K_can2_L (location 15)
