Is there something missing?

Hi there.
I've noticed a weird like a rattling heatsheald kind of noise when releasing the clutch when setting off. I opened the bonnet and started looking for the source and I noticed two holes above the turbo without any screws in them.
Is there a part missing? Should there be bolts in those holes? Should there be something else attached to it?
Have a look at the pic and advice please.

Doesn't look like you are however, you may be missing one of the bolts in the other locations items 3, 4 and 5.

To be honest it doesn't look like a great design as it looks as though item 2 overlaps item 1.
