Coding Ethernet timeout. PLEASE HELP

My REM is having an issue where parking sensors kept intermittently working, I tried to reuse a backup via Bimmercode which failed. Now the sensors don't work at all and it's causing the rear lights to flicker. I am now trying to flash using E-SYS but get the following issue.

Thanks for your reply. REM is visible when using READ ECU. How do I initiate coding?
