G31 lowering
Following the "my car leans to the right" thread here's a 540i xDrive G31 we had in this morning for suspension lowering. 5 series Touring models have self-leveling rear suspension so there an opportunity to do a bit of fine tuning, using threaded adjuster rods that go to the ride height sensors.
Arch gap, measured from the top of the wheel rim to the arch vertically to the nearest 5mm. Before OSF 115mm NSF 120mm OSR 105mm NSR 110mm. After OSF 85mm NSF 85mm OSR 85mm NSR 85mm. Before and after pics: |

Yes this is an AC Schnitzer lowering kit specifically for the G31. We are the importers for the UK and Ireland, you can order this kit from us online here if you have someone local who can fit it for you:
https://shop.rossiters.co.uk/suspens...rom-7569-p.asp We're based in Norfolk, so a bit of a drive for you. I have known some BMW dealers in Ireland fit AC Schnitzer suspension on occasions. Murphy & Gunn, Prentice and JKC mostly. |

I have a G31 520d - is it possible to lower the car using these, or similar, parts? |
