Honestly, no idea. AWE has separate exhausts listed for 335 and 340. I can contact them and find out for you.

Hey. Yes, DP will fit both Xdrive and RWD. Only difference is Xdrive gets washers to clear subframe. I will include them anyway, I never used them and are brand new. I also have a brand new o2 defouler/spacer that i never got around to adding so I'll throw that in as well. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey so I gave them a call. They said midpipes are different but the axleback is the same between 340i and 335i

Hey. I can do axleback separately. It fits both RWD and xdrive, manual and auto.
