Manual Headlight Beam Throw Adjustment

I've recently upgraded the halogen bulbs in my 2017 F31 and had nothing but problems when trying to adjust the beam.

There is no change to the beam when using either the vertical or cross beam adjusters (although I can see that the threads are turning as expected , and there is also no change to the vertical beam at all when using the manual adjuster on the dashboard.

When you start the car, the headlights do move down and up correctly, so there are no blown fuses, all of which I have checked anyway. I have also checked the manual adjustment wheel for continuity and confirmed no issues with the switch.

Before I head into a dealer, is there anything else I should be checking?

I am having the same problem. Did you manage to solve this?
