Error when calculating TAL

Keep getting the warning: Warning 1680, no application data list available for ECUId:HU_NBT_0x63, (Exception, error while switching to extended diagnostic session)" [C382] while trying to calculate TAL. Due to this, I am experiencing issues flashing HU_NBT to the latest psdz data. Currently, my head unit only shows the flashing: 00:00:00 and blue screen. Tried launching as administrator as well.
