I just renewed BMW Advanced Real Time Traffic Information subscription for my 2017 BMW 440i GC. The maps show traffic information as expected. So the subscription was provisioned.

The vehicle was recently at the dealer and all component firmware/software has been upgraded to the latest versions.

However, Pandora disappeared from BMW Infotainment. Did anyone experience the same issue?

I deleted my phone and paired it again. Same problem. What's interesting is that previously there was Apps option listed on the screen immediately after successful pairing. Now - no such option is listed.

Phone: iPhone 8 with IOS 14.

I am going to call BMW ConnectedDrive customer service soon.

Sharing an update.

I called BMW Assist and i turns out that BMW Connected service package has expired and it costs $50 annually. Once activated, Pandora integration will work.
