Hotspot battery drain?

Hi everyone! I have a small verizon ellipsis hot spot for my 2013 328 and was wonder if i leave it plugged in all the time right to the battery, will that be enough of a draw to mess the battery up and drain it a little every time the car is off?

Thanks for any info!

Connect it to the fuse that powers the dash outlet. It will come on when you unlock the car, shut off five minutes after you lock it.

I had it like that, the problem is im not in the car long enough to charge the hot spot quicker then it drains. the hot spot takes a a little to boot up so liked having it just on all the time. If i wire it right to the battery then it will always stay on

If it's always on it may kill the battery, depending on how much current it draws.
