Self-repairing front bumper :'(

Hello, good people at F3X forum.

I damaged my front bumper and now it looks like this

Looking at parts, I realize that the damaged part is the item "21" of the above diagram, namely 51117315473.

Question is, do you think buying this $35 part will be sufficient? Or will that not be enough since the plastic clip sort of things (you can see in last photo) are broken off?

Please help! I will post the results
