You guys I keep getting this noise and is driving me crazy

Only time I can hear it is when I am braking

If I do not brake I can not hear this noise

Obviously the faster I'm going the louder it sounds

Is like a grinding noise

From the rear calipers

I've replaced the pads already I've token apart the whole thing lubed everything cleaned and the noise goes away for about a week and I get the same noise again
