Black grill

Does anyone know if they are making black grills for the GT? I did a quick search and it seems most of the descriptions are vague. I would like a reliable source if there is one. I am not interested in DIY. I would like to buy and replace. Thanks.

there you go

http://www.shopbmwusa.com/PRODUCT/53...OR-3-SERIES-GT

I always use the main original german site, because sometimes other dealer pages are just messed up with wrong links.

Thanks for the post & info! Called the dealer looking for the same a while back and was told it wasn't available for the GT.

Too bad changing to a M Sport bumper isn't as quick and easy. Someone once referred to the regular bumper as a gaping grimace and now I cant unsee it. It's not as bad as the Lexus Predator grill I guess. Always with the platitudes...It's not as ugly as the 5GT, glad I'm not driving an Audi, etc... Though I do appreciate the spacious rear and cargo space more and more.

welcome to be honest with you I like the luxury grill and bumper on my sapphire black GT pretty much - the contrast caused by the chrome parts gives a nice edge to this edition. I also agree that m sport is a totally different breed.

I'm in love with the looks of this car and I receive many positive reactions day by day from strangers. This week a delivery guy asked if he could take a look around - another man at a fuel station came to chat for a minute, he was curious about the specs and I must admit I was damn proud D

Back to the grill topic - It's just too bad that the GT gets much more attention in the asian market - you can find many nice retrofits made with fine materials, even with real carbon fiber if that's what you are looking for. 80 % of the items there are low quality but the remaining stuff definitely worth a look.

Nice, I wrapped the silver rings of my kidney grills.

Save some money and a cool small diy project.
