BMW connected drive WTF?

I own a 2016 435 and a 2015 x3 and I have never had the X3 set up, so I am trying to add it to the app. Within the app there is a vehicle selection section, so I figured there was a way to add a vehicle through the app. I couldn't see where I could do that and figured maybe I had to logout and log back in as I know both vehicles are in My BMW account online. Now that I've logged out, I can't get back in. I've tried the PW I have marked down. I've tried resetting the PW, but nothing gets me back in. BMW's online services are so frustrating.

When you log back in, use all CAPs
