Fog light grille and mount?

Noticed today my fog light and grill have been knocked backwards slightly, I remember hitting a pheasant a while back so must have been then. No cracking etc, just half pushed in.

Any tips on how to remove/refit? Had a look today but it didn't seem to want to budge.

This guy only needed to replace bulbs so he didn't have to take alloy off but you will have to take alloy off and black wheel arch trim as well to work properly .
