Thank you to all for the kind responses and helpful information! I finally got it back yesterday and she's straight as an arrow (for now lol).
Oddly enough the paperwork said that the tech couldn't duplicate the pulling (which I KNEW they would say) but the before and after was quite telling. TBH I have no idea what the numbers mean but there were a few red in the before and now show all green so surely there was an issue. Here is a picture if you guys are interested... Good to hear corrected. I was going to suggest air pressure being off on one side over the other to make it pull.......
