No. Which can you throw further, a golf ball or a bowling ball? Or consider a 300HP engine in a sports car and a 300HP engine in a five ton truck. Which do you think will attain the higher speed and get the better gas mileage?

i think with every 5kg-6kg weight loss you can gain around 1 hp , so 50-60kg less would only make 10 extra hp . not that much i think
