Yay it's a smaller 5 series. All characteristic of all the series' have been fucked into 1 cookie cutter design. So sad to see the individual characters of the previous generation just get flushed away and be replaced with a line of new cars that look almost exactly the same for all the series'.

honestly...
looks better than the e90 when i saw it at first in 2005... (although i ended up buying one in 2006 simply b/c of the way it drove and ended up loving the looks after some time)
I'm sure it'll look good. If you watch the video of the red f30 especially when stopped at the light there is a good view point from its profile and the short overhangs and overall slope of windshield and front lines trailing to the rear look really good.

So maybe chalk this up to a poor angle to make a judgement on the car. But it is a very nice render, good job!

Another bad design on the way. Actually the car looks OK past the A-pillar but the front is, as expected, bad. Not as bad as the new 1er but still, nothing interesting. BMW just don't want to design any good looking cars anymore it seems. This is doing some serious damage to the image of the company imo :-( Missed chances, after missed chances...

Looks much better than the pre-LCI e90, but a toss between this and the LCI e90. Still not as sexy as the e92 though.

Do not like it at all. Nice render but hope the finished product does NOT look like that. I think the E9x looks closer to the F10 (which I like) than this does. Looks like I'll be holding onto my E90 indefinitely

Sh*t! The F20 1 series looks good compared to this rendering! It looks as if the front has been squashed by an elephant. But it seems awfully close to the camo car.

i personally hated when i saw the thick clad camo come off, but even the spy shots w sticker camo have grown on me, i think this will too
