Changed rear brake discs and pads. Had only few millimeters of meat left, never saw anything like this. And don't judge me, just bought the car, so it's the previous owner who saved the penny, haha.

Nevermind - found it. There's two T20 screws you unscrew, after getting the center trim off, and then use a pry tool to gentle go around the vent until it pops off.

Did an oil change and changed front brake pads. Also noticed a weird sound during acceleration. At first I thought it was the gearbox making the noise because it seemed to be making it right before shifting, but I put it in manual mode and accelerated all the way through the rev range and it seems to be making it around 2500 rpm and not in any way connected to gear changes. Also, it seems to be coming from the rear of the car.
Didn't think of recording it but I found only one video on Youtube with similar noise: It doesn't seem to be the parking brake cables rubbing the driveshaft case, does it? Almost sounds like an owl. |

Didn't love the M Performance logo on the OEM MP side skirt decals, so I had my rocker panels custom wrapped in satin black. Love the clean and simple look.

Finally got around to the swap…M-Sport steering wheel to M Performance.
Took a longer than I'd expected. Disconnecting the paddle shifters from the wiring harness was the most difficult. Swapping the paddles themselves into the original M-Sport shifter base modules was easier than expected. Overall not so bad.

Detailed my car last weekend and my new floor mats just came in. Picked up a set of the G series M Performance floor mats and they look great! The dimensions don't 100% match the F series but they fit well enough. Loving the look!

retrofitted the f15 10.25" touch screen display into my car. took about 6 hours to do, i'm pretty proud of myself, it was a pretty intimidating mod when i first read about it!

When you say higher res - what is the resolution of the one and the other, if you happen to know?
