FMIC
Hi..i am new here. Can some one advise me on the most economical brand FMIC for my f33 n20 engine?
I recently fitted a vrsf catless dwn pipe. The vrsf fmic are a bit pricey at $400. There are many other out there for around $200 but not sure about quality and fit. Can i take a chance with cheaper aftermarket fmic? Thanks |

I previously owned a 228i with an n26, I installed plenty of mods on all my cars in the past including that one. Frankly for a decent intercooler, charge pipe, boost pipe, just get something from Ebay. I ordered a kit like that from Ebay for my 228 and it worked perfectly. While people often frown upon doing it, the quality is the exact same as the name brands. Unless you are getting into turbo upgrades and stuff, a metal pipe is a metal pipe, does not matter if it comes from China or America. On top of that most Brands like VRSF and Valvetronic just get their stuff from China and slap their own name on it.
