245-45-18 under F30 F31

I now have original 8j rims with 225-45-18 runflat under my F31.
Original sports springs underneath. So about 3cm lowering.

Does 245-45-18 fit underneath? I want more rim protection, suspension comfort.
On foreign forums, almost everyone says that it can be done! Just take into account the odometer, because it will hardly deviate from it now.

The white 225-45-18 8j
The blue 245-45-18 8j

Rearwheel drive.

Non-runflats will probably soften your perceived ride more than a taller run-flat.

I found a huge difference going from Bridgestone runflats to all-season Continental non-runflats.
