Spend a bit of time in the car with the kids waiting for mum!!! Would be good if I could get video to play. Can HU_entrynav play video? I tired to find the coding bits but looks like only nbt (pronav) can play video? Am I right?

HU_ENTRYNAV cannot play videos, even if you enable all video options via coding.

No it's not possible. You would have to retrofit NBT or an android system.

That's because I already have had this figured out.

EDIT: I've retrofitted a large 8.8" screen and also wireless mirroring (from Android or iPhone), so I get everything I need (video playback, nav, etc.) without voiding my warranty by getting a non-OEM screen.

Question:

Is it possible to copy/rip music to internal HDD on HU_ENTRYNAV ? Ie base CIC navigation with 6,5" screen.

I have not seen any option to do so but i was under the impression, that navigation systems have HDD and as such could rip music ?

Why would you want that you ask ? Well, music works just fine via usb or AUX, but that takes away the usb port,which i tend to use to charge my phone. So having the option to copy the music to the infotainment itself would free up the usb port.

HU_ENTRYNAV doesn't support music ripping. CIC is an older system (HU_ENTRY).
