Oem led fog light upgrade?
Has anyone done the led upgrade on their foglights for a f32. I want to buy the oem foglights that are fitted on the newer 4 series. Does the wheel need to be removed to take the fog light housing out? I know there is one bolt behind the wheel liner. I also wanted to see what coding will need to be done thanks.

Led fog light upgrade:
https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...63177315559kt/ Coding is required to remove the cold/warm bulb checks otherwise they will flicker, i know that's what's done with the led bulb upgrade, according to ECS the coding is required for " major light out put upgrade" The frontal wheel arch cover needs to be removed to get good access, it's like 10 bolts if I remember correctly. Wheel does not need to be removed but helps with easier access. Here is the manual guide to access: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...lamps/KVQAwOYb Regarding coding here is what is required to be modified quoted from Billfitz off another post on the subject "It's in the cheat sheets that come as part of the ESYS package. It's not the whole wheel liner, it's sectioned off. You can just remove the part in front of the wheel, it's a lot of bolts but none are hard to access and the panel isn't that big.
I'd personally remove it, just a few minutes and it will be a lot easier. I've never coded but yeah it doesn't sound very difficult to code. I'm just not that knowledgeable with coding. |

Do I have to remove a aux radiator? On a 428? Also do I just turn off warm and cold check with Bimmercode? I see a area that also lets me switch the fog lights to led vs a bulb.

I realized the light I bought has one broken tab on the bottom it still has the tab to screw it in with and one bottom tab. Do you think it will be sufficient to hold it in?

Interesting.... If I upgrade to the LED fog lights, do they still work correctly with Adaptive Headlights? Appreciate any input.
