I believe BM3 recommends 2 step colder plugs even for stage 1

bm3 recommends the NGK 97506 one step colder then the stock bosch plugs. They are 2 steps colder than the n54 plug. I ran the NGKs for about 25k and they ran well on WOT. Logs were clean but after some age, I was having rough idle and hesitation under light load issues. I had some new stock plugs laying around so swapped those in. I did not gap the plugs but measured the gap before installing and they measured b/w 0.027-0.028". After installation the car idle was very smooth, now issue at light load and logs at WOT are super clean up to redline. I think I'll stick with stock plugs for future changes. This was my personal experience and others have raved about the NGKs, but for me, stock worked out better.
