My nav is showing BMW Group 111172.3.211 Road Map NORTH AMERICA EVO 2017-4
and
NBTevo_E15413A Automatic map update TX (2018-4).

Are these the latest maps?

2018-4 is latest Full releases.

Car has 2017-4 Base Full Map, with Regional update to 2018-4, so it it current.

I bought a 2012 bmw 535i from copart. And it has the North America Maps. I live in Libya and i want to change the navigation system to Northen Africa. If you could please direct me to a download link for the latest Road maps of Northen Africa and how to get the FCS code for my car. Thanks in advance.

There is no such map in existence. Maps for North Africa exist only for ENTRYNAV, NBT2, and NBT2 Head Units, none of which would be in a 2012 car unless retrofitted.

Hi Shawn,

I downloaded the 2018-4 Road Map North America Evo update and extracted it to a USB drive in FAT32 format. The root contains a folder called "1" and four files called config.nfm, NBTevo_NA_111182.3.210.pkg, NBTevo_NA_111182.3.210.pkg.light.sig, and NBTevo_NA_111182.3.210.pkg.sig.

When I plug the USB into the 228i, nothing happens. It is a 2015 228i with technology package. It currently has "Road Map NORTH AMERICA EVO 2015-2" loaded, as well as an automatic map update for the Northeast dated 2016-3.

I have tried re-formatting and re-extracting to the USB drive a few times, including in NTFS format. I did a sector scan and the USB drive is all good. But still when I plug it into the car, nothing happens. I do not believe it is a problem with the USB port, as I was able to successfully install an iDrive update. Any ideas?

I've been searching for downloads on newer map, but virtually can't find PREMIUM HK maps anywhere......would you please kindly help, thanks!

Read that my car doesn't came with "newer" CIC fw, better to update using DVD.
