BMW Group Canada is pleased to communicate the launch of My BMW ConnectedDrive: Customer Portal & Store on BMW.ca. Our mobile friendly portal has been developed to enable customers to manage their ConnectedDrive Services subscriptions and profile updates from the convenience of their home or on-the-go.

The portal can be accessed by visiting www.bmw.ca and clicking on the teaser banner or directly via www.bmw.ca/mybmwconnecteddrive

Key Features:
• Enhanced customer experience that provides greater customer convenience and self-service.
• Register and submit ConnectedDrive Subscriber Agreements for vehicles online.
• Online Purchase of ConnectedDrive Services Renewals or Upgrades, including an all-new à la carte product structure.
• Manage and update ConnectedDrive customer profile information, including BMW Remote App Password Resets & Preferred TeleService Retailer.

If you have a username and password that you use for the BMW Remote app, this is the same username that is used to log into the portal.

The site will allow a user to register a new account only if an existing account does not exist. The reason for this is for security purposes as we need to validate an ownership change, which has to be done by a retailer.

Try it out and post your feedback. I know many of you have been waiting for this and it is just the start of a number of enhancements coming to ConnectedDrive in Canada over the next year.
