Alright mate sorry just looked at posts didn't realize I put dealership lol my bad was meant to say bmw specialist the work was done by someone who we know through a friend and has been involved in bmws etc my friend had his gearbox done on a 330d and a few others have had there's done with no problems at all . I only had mine done as looked at various forums and people's advice ,bmw say there sealed for life but I was always told that zf recommend there done around 80,000 ish but seen various intervals i think so on that say so I had mine done and run into few problems but had pan changed again and oil etc and seems to be running really smooth but not really give it a thrashing , only thing I've had is a couple of hard down shifts only noticed twice like the other guy said give it time to adapt so time will tell and as for when I say genuine pan just going what was told so if genuine zf or what ever it is and paid £370

Ah OK. It's just that on your pictures, there's a green sticker on the pan. You only get that on the BMW supplied pans. ZF aftermarket pans don't have it, and is a clear indicator the trans has been messed with when it comes to warranty claims
