Headlight alternative

Hey y’all,
I have a 2018 328d. I’m guessing I don’t have the adaptive LEDs since it just says BMW LED on the headlights. Is there anyway to make these brighter.. most USA cars have decent replacements with decent companies like morimoto. I can’t stand driving at night coming from a Ram 2500 with Morimoto cab headlights, it’s dull and does not light up the road nearly enough.

The default height/aim might need adjusting, but they may well look worse than a vehicle whose lights are positioned quite a bit higher up.
