Brake pad replacement
I have a 2015 BMW 435i xdrive m-sport, the brake light came on and says I need to replace the brakes. My car has the gray/blank piston brakes in the fronts, and a standard caliper in the rear. two questions
1. What brake pads do I get since it has the piston brakes? As well as what's the best brand? 2. Do I need to replace the sensors as well? |

Why don't you visit your dealer and get the OEM parts or did you make bad experiences? When the brake light came on because of the sensor touching the disk, then you need sensors as well.
Btw, all brakes have piston, just the number of piston desides on the design. You will have one piston in the rear inside caliper and 4 in the front caliper. |
