As you guys know, MP LSD is for the 35i of F series. But Final Ratio of the 35i is the same as the 28i.

So I'm considering, is it possible to change open diff in differ case(pumpkin)to MP LSD Core from MP LSD case(pumpkin)?

I mean, Can I insert MP LSD core from MP LSD case into the open diff case after get out the open diff?

Because in case of the MFactory LSD, about LSD for 35i and LSD for 28i, both models are same model name.

And 1 more Q, f30 has 188kmm type ring gear and pinion set.
Is this 188k ring gear is same as the 188mm ring gear?

As I look, These have only pinion gear is differ.

It's not easy to install the LSD to the 28i.

I don't know the answer to your question off the top of my head. But that being said, I would imagine that the cases are different between the MP LSD and the open diff. I think your best bet would be to go on realoem . com and look up the part numbers for the two different cases. If they are the same, you may be good to swap just to core. If they are different, you'll probably need an entire diff. assembly.
